The Sandpiper is located directly on Simpson Beach and offers 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable king-beds and en-suite bathrooms, and a large beautiful kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Both the living room and master bedroom provide walk out access to the expansive terrace with mesmerizing views of the Caribbean Sea. Located on the 3rd floor of a privately owned condo complex, the Sandpiper provides panoramic views of all Simpson Beach.
The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace, or relax and sip afternoon cocktails while watching the sun set. Gas grill and table are on the terrace for dining al fresco.
The Sandpiper is well-appointed, designer decorated with upscale furnishings. Floorplan is open and spacious.
The Sandpiper offers WiFi Internet access (Guests should provide their own Laptop or IPad!), a VOIP telephone for free calls to the U.S. and Canada. A washer and dryer is inside the condo for convenience.
The complex provides a shared pool, night time security, and assigned off-street parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.
Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:
1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or
2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made based on days rebooked and value of rebooking.
Any refund given will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

St. Martin Beach Rentals has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. Sun Trip Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services as well as emergency assistance and travel services.
Protect yourself in the event of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. The travel insurance is optional and the cost is 6.95% of your total reservation stay.
