A2 at La Siesta is a new, ground floor ocean front The living room, deluxe kitchen, guest bedroom with king bed, and bathroom are all on ground floor and provide walk out access to a private terrace to the sand and water of Simpson Bay Beach
Enjoy the endless stretch of white sand, gently arcing between palm and sea grape trees and the turquoise blues of the ocean.
The oceanfront pool is another gorgeous spot to enjoy the view and soak up the Caribbean sun. La Siesta offers private parking, directly in front of the building, and security.
The condo offers hi-speed internet access( (Guests should provide their own Laptop or IPad!!), and a VOIP telephone that provides FREE calls to the U.S. and Canada. These units are constructed to USA specifications and quality; and all with 110v electricity (same as in USA).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.
Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:
1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or
2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made based on days rebooked and value of rebooking.
Any refund given will be subject to a 20% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

St. Martin Beach Rentals has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. Sun Trip Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services as well as emergency assistance and travel services.
Protect yourself in the event of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. The travel insurance is optional and the cost is 6.95% of your total reservation stay.
