This one-bedroom condo is located next to the Marriott Hotel, Condado Beach.The condo is on the fifth floor fronting one of Puerto Rico's alluring beaches with breathtaking views of the blue/green ocean & white/golden sand. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room that opens up to spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan Coastline. You can see the cruise ships (illuminated at night) entering & exiting San Juan Harbor. Sleeping accommodations include: two twin beds in the bedroom which can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a sofa in the living room which has a pullout platform to make a king size bed(82'l x 56'w). There is also a full size futon with a full mattress and a ’junior’ bed There is a baby stroller stored on the premises..
This condo sleeps 4 adults or 5 persons when occupancy includes young children. There is AC in the bedroom only as well as a ceiling fan. There is no AC in the remainder of the condo. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and cross-ventilation with windows and door open on opposite sides. All bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels toiletries and personal hygiene items are not provided. There is direct access to the bathroom from the living room and bedroom for privacy. Keyed elevator access to the 5th floor for security. There is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The condo has an assigned parking space (use for guests of condo 5a)
Parking is otherwise not available without a price and inconvenience in the Condado Area of San Juan. Amenities: High-speed wireless broadband internet access, local telephone, AC(bedroom), Cable TV, Stereo Tape Deck, CD Player with Radio, DVD player, board games, Iron, Kitchen Utensils, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, etc in fully-equipped Kitchen. Supermax Supermarket is nearby for shopping. Fresh Mart is across from the Marriott Hotel. There is a 24-hour mini-mart in Walgreen's Pharmacy one block from the Condominium and a 24-hour CVS across the street.
The US Post Office is down 2 1/2 blocks on Condado Ave. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, casinos, and fast food establishments in the Condado Tourist Area. Activities: swimming, surfing, snorkeling, boating, fishing, diving, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, walking, sightseeing or shopping. Book a tour with the Marriott Hotel or rent a car at a nearby agency: Charlie, Ace, Avis, L&M, etc. Some activities are either in the Condado Tourist area or less than a 45 minute drive (Example: golf, horseback riding). You may participate in the tours offered by the hotels in the area. Old San Juan is 10 minutes away. You can catch a bus at the corner of the street to get to the 'Old City'.
The airport is located 6 miles from the Condominium building. Condominium Stella Maris is located next to the Marriott Hotel and one block from the Best Western Plus Condado Palm Hotel. The hotels in the Tourist Area of Condado welcome visitors to use the restaurants, casinos and participate in hotel sponsored group tours. The Marriott Hotel will require a daily or weekly fee for use of the swimming facilites, excercise room and tennis courts. There is WI-FI access in most of the restaurant and bars in the Condado Tourist Area. Planet Fitness is a little over one mile away. Beach chairs are available for rent at $5.00 p/day, beach umbrellas are $10.00 p/day.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation up to 6 months before date of entry. The amount of deposit will be applied to the total balance due for the reservation. 100% payment due 2 months before date of entry. There is a one $100 cleaning fee.

Staying at this condo right on the beach in Condado was great. Overlooking the beach with the sound of the waves was the best. I spent most of my time on the balcony enjoying the view. Everything you need is very close and within walking distance. I did not rent a car nor did I need one. The city bus is only .75 to get to Old San Juan. We felt very safe there with the security level to get into the condo. I would highly recommend this condo over a stuffy hotel room any day. The owner Paulet is very nice and accommodating, the condo is very clean.

Great location right on the beach with spectacular sunrises!!! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves!!! It just doesn’t get any better! Cross the street to use Marriott hotel’s concierge services for all types of tours or simply catch an Uber for a quick ride to all the main attractions! If you change your mind and wish to rent a car, there’s a lot within walking distance! Paulet is a great hostess with quick responses to any questions! I highly recommend and will definitely return!!!!

Paulet was a very accommodating host! The view cannot be beat, takes your breath away! Beach is clean and well maintained. Location is perfect....everything is walkable..restaurants, grocery and drug stores, shops etc Bed was quite comfortable. Apt could use some updating but was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the security measures. ...Felt very safe. Dedicated parking space.

If you're looking for easy access to amazing beaches, restaurants and shops, look no further. This condo is centrally located so you can walk to a number if attractions. Plus, the views of the beach from the balcony are amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay here.! The place was clean which is my number one priority- always, so that made our stay comfortable. The view was unbelievable! It was so nice to go out in the morning and have a morning coffee on the balcony and just take it all in. Since you are right on the beach it’s so easy just to go downstairs and be on the sand in a matter of seconds. There is a guy right out front with umbrellas and chairs so that always worked out well for us. When we weren’t exploring, we would plant ourselves down and just relax our day away. This place was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

The property was just as it was listed. It had a million dollar view and you could sleep with the sound of the ocean. The only issue we had was one set of keys, which made it difficult to come and go and individually . I would still recommend the property and rent again if I return to PR

I stayed at this property with my husband and 3 kids (13, 18, 19). The location is unbeatable, ocean front and walking distance to absolutely everything. I would highly recommend this location. The condo was a bit dusty but that was an easy fix. If you're looking for the sound of the ocean at night, stepping out of your condo to the beach, great price.... this is it!

The property is oceanfront right beside the Marriott. There were stores and restaurants in walking distance. The condo was clean which is important to us. The condo furniture and appliances are dated the coffee maker was good. We would stay again here because of the beach and we had access to restaurants and stores outside our door. Also the people in the condo were very friendly and helpful. It is gated we felt quite safe.

Paulet is very responsive and nice to work with. Any questions or issues were answered quickly. The condo is in a great location on the beach. It is close to every kind of restaurant you can think of. It is also close to casinos and La Placita street party. Easy access to Old San Juan 10 minutes by bus or Uber. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available daily from beach vendors.

The property was exactly as described. It’s a small condo, but it met all of my family’s needs. There are five off us. There are a number of keys to keep up with, but the owner gave very detailed instructions. The property is in a good location, and there are plenty of restaurants and food markets nearby. The appliances in the condo are a bit dated, but they work fine. The owner is very communicative, and gave us helpful tips to help us enjoy our stay. We had a wonderful stay.

I recently returned from a 12 day stay at Condo 5A, Stella Maris Condominium. Great place to stay if you want to avoid exposure to the virus. Key points: Self check-in and checkout, no contact with other renters. Private parking spot, 5A The building is Covid-19 compliant. Directives are posted in the lobby. I observed George, the janitor, cleaning and sterilizing the inside lobby, elevator, the fifth-floor hallway and the outside premises on a daily basis. The elevator opens up on the fifth floor to an open-air passageway to condo 5A. The condo was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before my arrival. The cleaning lady was just leaving the condo at the time of my entry. Hand sanitizer is available on the kitchen counter. I opened the sliding glass window panels on the oceanside and the windows on the opposite side for cross-ventilation. I was in San Juan on a work-related assignment. I found it convenient to be only one block away from the 24-hour CVS and Walgreens and across the street from the Marriott Hotel in Condado Beach and nearby restaurants. I felt safe walking alone at night because the Condominium is well lit.

You cannot beat the location and balcony view literally on top of the beach. You need 4 keys to unlock 5 things to get into the place (there are 2 sets of keys overall), so that is a bit cumbersome, but wasn't so bad after some practice. The condo itself is small for a family of 5 and also takes some getting used to, but we were able to configure the layout to work pretty well. Wifi signal/throughput is decent in the bedroom, but marginal in the living/balcony areas. CVS/Walgreens is a block down, along with a little grocery store a little further ... and plenty of restaurant options, even with some shut down during covid. Owner was super responsive to our questions during our stay. If you are beach bums like us who love swimming in the ocean and taking in the scenery, this place is hard to beat ... we had a blast.
